Grace Presbyterian Church and the Presbytery of Calgary Macleod will host a gathering to have conversation about repatriating the Sacred Stone (Manitou Asinîy, Iniskim, Tsa Xani) – on Monday, August 29 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Those taking part in the conversation include:

• Chiefs

• Members from the Horn Society

• The Moderator of the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church in Canada

• Members of the Sacred Stone Committee

• Elders

• Members of the Presbytery of Calgary-Macleod

• Elders from Grace Presbyterian Church

• Members of Grace’s Truth, Healing and Reconciliation Ad-Hoc Committee

Registration

Food and beverages will be provided. Please register below by Wednesday, August 24 at 4:30 p.m. so catering arrangements can be made. *If you have any specific food requirements please share them with us when you register. 

Parking and Entrance Doors

Event parking is provided in Grace’s South Parking Lot free of charge. Access to this parking lot is from 9 Street SW. *Please remember your license plate so you can enter it into the Indigo tablets inside the church.

The main door for the event will be the South Parking Lot door – but all four doors that are marked with arrows will be open. *The West Chapel doors are the access point for anyone with special mobility needs.
