Mark the importance of September 30, Orange Shirt Day, the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation by coming to Reconnection, Reconciliation and Resilience – an event for hope and a better future. Grace is working with the Stardale Women’s Group and Urban Fair to bring this event to the Beltline.
This event is an opportunity to discuss the effects of residential schools and their legacy and is open to the public. It will include:

a ceremony with Elder presence and teachings

a performance from The Stardale Girls Drumming Group

a screening of the film The Road, created by Stardale Women’s Group
