- Minutes of the June 24, 2019 congregational meeting
- Roll report including acknowledgement of those who died in 2019

- 2019 Financial Statements
- A thank-you to those Elders completing their term on Session
- Reflections from our Ministers and Interim Moderator

If you have a question about one of the reports prior to the meeting, submit it through the website form. Questions will be directed to the appropriate person, who will try to respond in advance of the meeting. If you prefer to submit questions by phone or email, call the office or email Debbie Roorda at debbier@gracecalgary.org. Debbie will direct all submitted questions to the appropriate people.
Elder Nominee Ballots
If you are a Grace Member, you will also have a ballot to vote for new Elders in the mail. (Only members receive the ballots). Ballots must be returned by October 15. The new Elders will be announced at the AGM as well as the date of their ordination.
